Reservation
In order to secure your room reservation you are required to pay a deposit of two months room rent amount. The deposit is refundable at the end of your tenancy, less any deductions for damage or charges due.

Starting from only 479 euro per person per month Student Residence Hall has everything students need for convenient, stylish living and socializing. All you will need to bring is only your personal belongings (bedding, towels, kitchenware). However, if you don’t want to bring or buy the household goods, you can order it from Student Residence Hall and it will be ready at your arrival. It is really convenient. Just inform us in advance about your needs.
Prices applied if booked for non less than 12 months period. Prices may change depending on staying term.
Overview
Student Residence Hall is equipped with a spacious and full kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, dinning area) on the second and third floor. There is a special meeting space at Student Residence Hall where students can meet up to relax, chat, or just hang out over coffee or tea.
Our tenants can enjoy studying in the queit and cosy study room.
There is a large onsite laundry room with several washing mashines and dryers available 24/7, located on the second and third floor of the building.
Storage for summer? If you wish we can store you belongings for an additional price.
There are weekly housekeeping services for the communal areas. Our housekeeping team can also help you when you are too busy to clean your room. Just call in at reception to arrange a specified time. And if cleaning just isn’t your thing, our stress-free weekly housekeeping service leaves you free from it. Room service costs 5 euro per one cleaning.
If you don’t want to bring or buy the household goods, you can rent it from Student Residence Hall. Just inform us in advance about your needs.
