Reservation
In order to secure your room reservation you are required to pay a deposit of two months room rent amount. The deposit is refundable at the end of your tenancy, less any deductions for damage or charges due.

Large Bedrooms (from 16 to 20 sq.m.) with double beds, finished to the highest standard with an ensuite shower room (toilet, sink and shower), some come with a balcony. Some apartments are equipped with bathtubs.
All you will need to bring is only your personal belongings (bedding, towels, kitchenware). However, if you don’t want to bring or buy the household goods, you can order it from Student Residence Hall and it will be ready at your arrival.
Prices applied if booked for 12 and more months period. Prices may change depending on staying term.
Please note that each room is equipped the same, but might differ in design or layout.
Overview
Student Residence Hall is equipped with a spacious and full kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, dinning area) on the second and third floor. There is a special meeting space at Student Residence Hall where students can meet up to relax, chat, or just hang out over coffee or tea.
Our tenants can enjoy studying in the queit and cosy study room.
There is a large onsite laundry room with several washing mashines and dryers available 24/7, located on the second and third floor of the building.
Storage for summer? If you wish we can store you belongings for an additional price.
There are weekly housekeeping services for the communal areas. Our housekeeping team can also help you when you are too busy to clean your room. Just call in at reception to arrange a specified time. And if cleaning just isn’t your thing, our stress-free weekly housekeeping service leaves you free from it. Room service costs 5 euro per one cleaning.
If you don’t want to bring or buy the household goods, you can rent it from Student Residence Hall. Just inform us in advance about your needs.
Our ALL-IN-RATE rent already includes all utilities.
When staying at Student Residence Hall you will never have to bother about paying separate monthly bills as the following utilities are included in the room rate: internet, electricity, water, heating, gas.
For an electrical, plumbing, or any minor repairs, our onsite maintenance team is available. Just call in at reception to arrange a specific time for maintenance.
